What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle registration and the details of the job. When we work on your car we record the work done, the mileage and the parts fitted.
How we use it
To confirm and carry out your booking, to text you when your car is ready, to keep your service history, and to remind you when the next service or annual test is due if you ask us to.
Who we share it with
The digital service record your manufacturer uses (so your warranty and history stay complete), our parts suppliers when a part is ordered for your car, and nobody else. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for six years for tax and warranty reasons. Reminder messages stop the moment you ask.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
