Quotes
Prices on this website and in the online quote are fixed for the job described, for the vehicle size and fuel you choose, and include parts, labour and VAT. If your car turns out to be a different size class or specification, we tell you the correct price before we start.
Extra work
We never carry out work you have not agreed. If we find something during a job, we contact you with a description, a photo and a fixed price, and wait for your yes.
Warranty
Parts and labour are guaranteed for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accident damage, or parts you supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment and collection
Payment is due on collection by card or bank transfer. Vehicles not collected within three working days of our ready message may be charged storage at £15 a day.
Courtesy cars
Courtesy cars are free for drop-off jobs, subject to availability. Drivers must be over 23 with a full licence. You are responsible for fuel, fines and the insurance excess.
Cancellations
Cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before. Parts ordered specially for your car may be charged if you cancel after they arrive.
Complaints
Talk to the workshop manager first. If we cannot put it right, we follow the dispute process of [trade association / code of practice].
