What we do
The major service is the full service with the jobs that only need doing every couple of years: plugs, brake fluid and coolant. Brake fluid absorbs water over time, which lowers its boiling point; changing it is cheap and keeps the pedal firm on a long downhill.
A major service takes about four hours, so it is a drop-off job. Leave the car between 07:30 and 09:00, take a courtesy car if you need one, and we will text you when it is ready, usually by early afternoon.
If your car is due a cambelt as well, we will tell you when you book and quote it as one job, so the labour overlaps rather than doubling.
